Agni is the Sanskrit word for fire. It is the right name for a company whose work starts with heat: the furnace that has to fire on a 28 degree January morning, the heat pump that has to hold a house at 70 when the wind comes off the Sound, the walk-in cooler that cannot lose a degree overnight.
We are a family owned contractor based in Bellevue, serving homeowners and small businesses across King, Snohomish, Pierce, and five more Western Washington counties since 2021. Before the Agni name, our crew built its reputation under Capacitor, doing the same work for the same neighborhoods. The name changed. The people, the license, and the phone habits did not.
Those phone habits matter. We answer from 7 in the morning until 10 at night, every day of the week, because heating and cooling failures do not respect business hours. Most calls get a same-day estimate with an honest range and a plain explanation of what drives it.

How we work
Diagnosis comes before a quote, and the quote comes before any work. You get a range, the reasons behind it, and time to decide. On installations we size equipment with a load calculation instead of copying the old unit's label, because oversized systems short cycle and undersized ones never catch up.
On heat pump conversions we handle the utility rebate paperwork and flag the federal 25C tax credit, and we pull the mechanical permit ourselves in every jurisdiction we serve. If a repair does not make economic sense, we say so and show the math.
