This policy describes how Capacitor General Construction LLC, doing business as Agni Heating and Cooling ("we", "us"), handles information collected through this website and our phone lines.

Our website also records standard technical data such as pages visited and the campaign that brought you here (for example UTM parameters), which we use to measure advertising.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, send appointment communications, and maintain records of completed work. If you check the SMS consent box we may text you about your service request. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our customer relationship and scheduling software, email delivery, and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, Capacitor General Construction LLC doing business as Agni Heating and Cooling may send you text messages about your service request. These are transactional messages: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, estimate follow ups, and responses to questions you send us.

Retention and your choices

We keep service records as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows by emailing info@agniheating.com or calling (425) 818-0768.
