Permits and the heat pump rebate gap

One thing worth knowing before you commit: cooling-only air conditioners generally do not qualify for the PSE, Snohomish County PUD, Seattle City Light, or Tacoma Power heat pump rebates, and they do not meet the federal 25C credit for heating equipment.
