Estimates and site content

Cost ranges, rebate amounts, and program details published on this site are provided for general guidance and change over time. They are not binding quotes. Actual pricing is confirmed in a written estimate for your specific home and equipment. Rebate and tax credit eligibility is determined by the issuing utility or agency, not by us.

Service requests

Submitting a request does not create an appointment until we confirm it with you by phone, text, or email. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request service at the address provided.

Text message program terms

Capacitor General Construction LLC, doing business as Agni Heating and Cooling, operates a text message program called Agni Heating and Cooling Service Notifications. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by giving us your number and verbal permission when you call, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Messages are transactional and relate to your service request: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, and follow up on completed work. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing further unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START to the same number, check the SMS consent box on a form again, or ask us to re-enroll you when you call. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@agniheating.com or (425) 818-0768. Warranties

Workmanship and equipment warranties are stated in your invoice or installation agreement. Nothing on this website extends or modifies those written warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Washington law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
