How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by giving us your number and verbal permission when you call, or by texting us first. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message types and frequency

Messages relate to your service request: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, and follow up on completed work. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out, help, and rejoining

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@agniheating.com or (425) 818-0768. To start receiving messages again after opting out, reply START to the same number, check the SMS consent box on a form again, or ask us to re-enroll you when you call.

Privacy
